Podcast Guest & Speaker
Jackson Strong
He spent a decade winning by every metric inside a system he had stopped believing in. In 2016 it took the marriage, the body, and the life built to be admired. What came back is a man who says the part most leaders swallow: about the shadow moving through the world, and the one running the person on stage.

Every golden age draws a counterfeit.
When a real awakening rises, the old power builds a mimic close enough to fool the tired and the hopeful. Surveillance sold to you as safety. Identity issued rather than owned. Money that answers to the state and switches off the moment you step out of line. A real golden age returns power to the individual. The counterfeit gathers it to the center. He will draw that line clearly, and he will not soften it for the room.
The old system does not need fighting.
“We’re not here to fight the old system, but rather to make it irrelevant.” That is a harder discipline than outrage, and it is the entire strategy. Expect him to push back on hosts and listeners who have mistaken being angry for being useful.
The shadow you have not met is running your company.
Most high performers are driven by wounds that money cannot reach. He was one of them, and he says so first, about himself, before he says it about anyone listening. That is what makes it safe for a host to go there. The engine is real, the fuel is grief, and it works right up until the year it does not.
What was called conspiratorial is now the record.
Things once dismissed out of hand now sit in mainstream reporting. He will talk honestly about what that does to a person: the pull toward despair, why doomscrolling feels like vigilance and functions as surrender, and how to stay in creation while the shadows keep surfacing.
We are here for the mystics who move mountains and the voices the world is hungry to hear.
Why this one
Most people in this space are on one side of a wall.
He built the software.
Serafina is a live product, $47 a month with a 7-day free trial, that runs a Soul Interview and generates message, offer, content, and daily rituals from it. Human Design, Gene Keys, and astrocartography engines run underneath. He can talk shop with a technical host and talk soul with a spiritual one, in the same hour.
The pipeline is the point.
The claim is soul, then message, then offer, then content, from one source of truth. The Soul Interview is the input and everything downstream is generated from it. That is a genuinely different architecture from prompt-library products, and it makes for a real conversation rather than a demo.
He runs the rooms he talks about.
AUREA is not theoretical. Live gatherings every Monday and Thursday, multi-day in-person events, and retreats. The methodology is Stage Secrets, refined across hundreds of coaches, speakers, and thought leaders.
He will tell the unflattering version.
The 2016 story, the breakdown, the divorce, the end of a life built to be admired, is on his own website in those words. He is not protecting a highlight reel, which is what makes him easy to interview.

I won by every metric, and disappeared by the one that mattered.
The high-performer collapse, told without the redemption-arc gloss. He will say the unflattering part: that he did not choose to burn it down, it collapsed, and what it had been building was a life designed to be admired by people he did not particularly like, for someone he was not. What actually breaks, why the achievement engine cannot repair what it caused, and the work of rebuilding an identity that is not load-bearing on applause.
What the listener walks away withA successful, quietly hollow listener gets language for what is wrong, before it costs them a marriage or a decade.
- 02
Stage Secrets: turning your story into a message a room can feel.
Why most experts are compelling in private and flat on stage. Usually because the version of them that performs is standing in front of the one with something to say. The difference between telling what happened to you and transmitting what it means, and how to find the single story that carries the whole offer.
What the listener walks away withA coach or founder walks away able to name their actual message instead of describing their services.
- 03
Soul, message, offer: the pipeline most businesses build backwards.
Everyone starts with the offer and reverse-engineers a story to sell it. Jackson argues the order is inverted, and that is why the marketing feels like a costume. What a Soul Interview surfaces, and how message, offer, and content all get generated from that single source.
What the listener walks away withListeners get a diagnostic for why their marketing does not sound like them, and the sequence that fixes it.
- 04
Building technology that sounds like you, instead of replacing you.
The engineering story: what it actually took to build Serafina, why generic machine output reads as hollow, and the design decisions that keep a founder’s voice intact. Honest on the limits, and on what the work still needs a human for.
What the listener walks away withCreators stop outsourcing their voice and start using the tools where they actually compound.
- 05
Human Design and Gene Keys as an operating system.
How AUREA uses design data to match people into groups, called Pentas, and to shape how a leader builds. He is equally willing to say where these systems earn their keep and where people badly over-claim, which is rarer in this field than it should be.
What the listener walks away withA skeptical listener gets a usable frame; a devoted one gets a rigorous one.
- 06
The golden age has a counterfeit, and most people will take it.
The turning of an age, and the mimic built to absorb it. Why control is being marketed as order and surveillance as safety, what separates a real awakening from the version handed to you, and why the answer is building a parallel world rather than fighting the old one. The most direct hour he does, for hosts who want a guest who will actually say it.
What the listener walks away withListeners get a way to tell the real thing from the counterfeit, and something to build instead of something to fear.
The work
A parallel world, built in public.
He is not on the circuit to describe a problem. AUREA exists to alchemize these challenges into humanity’s next Golden Age, and it happens through lived experience rather than commentary: live gatherings twice a week, coaching circles, retreats, and regenerative land in Texas where the parallel society actually takes root.

The bio, ready to paste.
Jackson Strong spent a decade in private equity and enterprise software before a 2016 collapse ended the life he had built to be admired. He now coaches purpose-driven entrepreneurs, founded AUREA Leaders in July 2022, and built Serafina, the platform that turns a founder’s soul interview into their message, offer, and content.
