About the show
The question success can’t answer.
You built the company. You won. Now comes the question success can’t answer: what did you come here for?
What You Came Here For is a weekly conversation with founders, investors and leaders who reached the summit they aimed for and went looking for their life’s real work. They share what they found, what it asked of them, and what they are building now.
Hosted by Jackson Strong, founder of AUREA Leaders. AUREA gathers purpose-driven leaders in Elgin, Texas, just outside Austin.
If the money is solved and the question is not, this is your show.
Meet them in person
AUREA IV, March 26 to 28, 2027.
Three days in Elgin, Texas, just outside Austin, with purpose-driven founders and leaders who are building what they were made for.
